Beet Greens & Swiss Chard???

Anyone know if these are safe for their diet ??there are lot of things that are not listed on the diet sheet unless i missed it. I am just trying to give them both a little change of the good foods lol-Thanks to all in advance-Bella-aka-river

Beet Greens & Swiss Chard are both on the nutrition list & both listed as something that should only be fed rarely. There is enough selection in the "Green & Black" hi-lited items that you should be able to find more of a suitable selection from this list ...
