Beardie That Doesn't Like The Heat?

my brother has a baby beardie and he doesn't bask in the heat like he's supposed to. He will bask under his UVB light but not the heat light. I have tried 4 different bulbs all varying wattage and different color of lights. He seems healthy. He eats, he soaks in his water dish, etc. should I worry?

How close can ur beardie get to his basking light? Whats ur basking temp ? Cooler temp? Does the little one got to the toilet reg?

I'm doesn't matter now. The poor little guy died yesterday. I gave him a warm bath in the morning that he seemed to really like and he seemed fine but I guess he wasn't. RIP Steve.
