Beardie hides all day.

Hey everyone.
Im sure this was covered somewhere, just cant find the thread. My male beardie will hide under his box all day. If I get him out to feed him, he'll stay out for a short period of time, then go under his box and dig. I may have an idea but welcome opinions. My female will do the same thing as well, just not as often.

My guess is maybe brumation I would also check your temps
