I have grown aware that my bearded dragons are a tad bit overweight.. How do I go about putting them on a diet? Do I just limit their protein intake? Thank you

Lots of salads and insects 2-3 times per week -- for a adult dragon- limit treat worms like super meal and wax especially wax they can cause liver issues
