Should I feed her collards and mustards daily and should I put calcium and (when I get them) vitamins on top of them?
Feed her salads every day and dust the insects- not the salad- she is more apt to eat the insects that way you know she's getting the vitamins and calcium she needs--

No they don't infest houses- depending on how old they are when shipped out it takes awhile - if they do turn to flies they can be fed to the dragon----- your gonna need a glass or ceramic bowl I will post a link for a bowl tomorrow- and more websites for insects and worms

Here the things to use for the hood 3 M command Velcro fasteners- picture hanging wire –long plastic zip ties-- fishing line-- potted plant wire hangers -- this is the stuff I use it works great its like a Velcro strap you cut into strips and wrap around the fixture https://www.homedepot.com/p/GE-15-ft-Cable-Ties-Hook-and-Loop-Spool-Black-10375/304220195
Here are some more websites for insects / worms
www.dubiaroaches.com look for nutri grubs get large they are the BSFL -- they may or may not have the small super worms- and they have great roaches
www.mulberryfarms.com spendy on shipping - they also have the BSFL and small super worms along w/ the butter worms this is the only place I have found that has the butter worms -- if you get some horn worms only get small amounts they grow REALLY fast and will out grow the dragon -- so feed them every day till gone- keep them in a cooler place so they dont grow so fast -- they are a good hydrating worm -- also mulberry ships the super worms in a gunny sack so if you get them make sure you have a cup /w lid w/ holes in the top and you will need to have some food on hand like regular oatmeal w/ some carrots for hydration
www.reptilianarts.com good place for silk worms and super worms - they also have roaches too and they ship out fast
https://www.amazon.com/MACGOAL-Rept...uGQB&pd_rd_wg=tLkwE&ref_=pd_gw_ci_mcx_mr_hp_d
let me know if you need anymore help --- get your lighting in place and corrected watch her behavior if this does not correct the problem then a vet visit may be in order --- this is a website you can keep on hand if you need to find a good reptile vet in your area -- www.arav.org

I don't know anything about bearded dragons, but when tortoises start eating substrate or other non edible things it usually means they're looking for nutrients lacking in their diet. I've found that offering the animal a bit of Miner-All (mfg'd by Sticky Tongue Farms) gets them back on track.

thank you so much I'll try to order the BSFL as soon as I can, for now I got some vitamins so he'll be healthy even if the BSFL takes a while to ship, how do I give her the vitamins and when the worms come in do I just release the crickets I had outside or can I give them to her until they die off

You need to dust the insects -- so if shes eating the crickets dust them w/ the vitamins and calcium -- you will not need to dust the BSFL w/ anything- who are you going thru to get the BSFL? did you get the UVB placed? You want to feed two types of insects - the BSFL and another one crickets or dubia roaches -- I recommend dubia roaches - try and get those at the same place you order the BSFL --- www.dubiaroaches.com has them they are called nutri grubs and get large- roaches the size no bigger than the space between her eyes length wise
