Parasites and parasite treatment are tough on them. You can try some probiotics to help him recover faster. You can try some Reptophilus from Bug-de-lite.com. It is a safe formula developed by a vet tech and helps restore the normal gut flora.

If he is basking primarily on his ramp, you can temp the ramp surface with your digital probe thermometer and if it is at least 95 to 100 (he is an adult, right?), you can try lowering the uvb light to 12-15 inches above his preferred spot (longer picture wire). But be careful, they like to move from the basking spot after awhile, so make sure he has spots to get away from the uvb light when he needs to. If he does go up to his old basking spot on his own, he may just be moving away because hes had enough. He may also be moving because his usual basking spot gets too hot for him. If its truly a mobility issue, you may need to also adjust the temp of his basking spot by changing the wattage of the basking light. Its going to take a bit of fiddling around with your probe thermometer to dial in the right temps at the spot he prefers to sit in.
