Bearded Dragon Tail Health!!!!

Hi! My name is justice and I just recently got a bearded dragon. His name is Remo. When I purchased him about a month and a half ago I was told he was around 2 months old. He’s very active and loves to explore his enclosure. He’s overall a very happy Beardie but he just recently shed his tail and his back legs. Then I noticed his tail looks like this. I’m worried because I’ve heard of tail rot before and I really don’t want my baby to go through that. I don’t know if that’s what this is or if Remo has just retained part of his shed on his tail. I’m not sure if I need to find a vet or not. Any advice would be great! Thank you!
