Worried about my bearded dragons tail, it bends at the end and is stiffer. Should I get this checked out?

Oh and by stiffer I mean the end of the tail is harder than the rest of the tail, it hasn’t gotten any tougher
It looks ok -- if it has a pinch or has been bitten and it gets black on the end then there might be a cause for concern - his tail looks off color which tells me shed is coming on -- they are a little harder on the ends which is normal
