Bearded Dragon Skin

Bearded dragon has skin basically sanded off. This happens when he goes outside and rubs his mouth on the concrete. Any way to help this or?

Need to keep him off the concrete and start treating w/ some filtered raw honey - example Manuka its expensive you can use some other brand -it will promote healing--- please NO crickets in the tank if your feeding them -

What do you mean by treating him with the honey? Just him eating some or? No crickets he is eating vegetables

Dab the honey on the wound / issue w/ the front of his mouth-- it will promote healing of the skin
