Bearded dragon pooped on dubia roaches - what should I do with them??

My bearded dragon had about 10 roaches is his feeding dish and decided to poop right on top of them. I disinfected the dish and gave the roaches a gentle rinse before patting them dry with a paper towel. I currently have them in a separate container from my other dubias but are these still okay for my bearded dragon to eat?? Or should I avoid in the case that there may be some bacteria on them still?
