Hello,

I am so sorry, are they going to do any type of biopsy to determine a more
definitive diagnosis? They are pretty sure it's cancer?
How is he doing today?
If you decide not to put him down, you could consider using some CBD oil
for him. It is very effective in helping fight cancer.
I am sorry you are going through this, bless him.

The vet said that he is too weak for them to biopsy it. He did a preliminary scan but didn’t do a full xray though because he said what he saw was large and wouldn’t change the outlook with a further scan. It feels like the size of rubber ball right between the middle of his abdomen. He said that it was malignant though and possibly causing pain and discomfort, but besides bloodwork (which was clear) and the initial scan there wasn’t any complete definitive diagnosis of the mass.
But I have not made any appointment yet for euthanasia! Do you think something like that could change his outlook?

Update #2

He is eating for the first time in months. I don’t know why, something told me to give maybe put some treats in front of him. And he started eating. And not just one bite! Several like he was really hungry! My mind is just blown. Video of him eating. I will absolutely not be making an appointment for euthanasia. Is there any information on treating beardies with the oil? I of course will be watching him closely.

Hello,

I am happy that he has started eating, that is pretty surprising! How long had it been since he had
eaten anything?
I do have a website I can send you with information about Reptile use of CBD. I will send you a PM,
with my email.
Keep us updated on him!

He hasn’t eaten on his own since the beginning of September/end of August
Wow ok please if that is pellets I am seeing in the bowl please no more pellets-- are you feeding any salads like greens mustard collard turnip kale? I am posting a website for nutrition ignore the kale info it is outdated and a good staple feeder http://www.beautifuldragons.com/Nutrition.html
What is the staple insect feeder? Have you given him any treat worms like horn worms - super worms or butter worms those are spendy and hard to find - I think I see meal worms in the dish hes eating - I am going to flag Tracie again -

Yes those are pellets(I know I know), but they would only be used as treats never as a daily food source. I just thought the color would get his attention. The bowl also had dried worms and 2 live super worms. Before he lost his appetite he’d enjoy waxworms and crickets, and for greens I’d rotate between kale, bok choy, and collard/turnip greens. These are what I would still present to him while syringe feeding but he wouldn’t touch them.

The color would get his attention you can try some red bell pepper on top of his greens --- you can get some BSFL and use those as salad lures as well or silk worms or horn worms they stick to everything -- I dont recommend wax worms they are very fatty and can lead to liver issues --

Hello,

Just checking in, how is he doing this evening?
As Sadie suggested, you can try the red bell pepper on top of his greens to see if that peaks his
interest. Any of the worms mentioned would be helpful also.
