Bearded dragon isn't eating insects

Hi, I have a 2 year old bearded dragon that is not eating any more insects all of a sudden. I am not sure what caused this; he usually loved insects. I have a T8 Uvb strip light that is 6 inches away from him and I have a basking bulb that sets the basking temp to 95-10. Also, I give him collard greens for his vegetables. I am not really sure if eats those but it seems like he is because he was pooping normally (I don't think that you can poop without eating anything for a while).

The UVB light is it in the tank and is cover off bulb?
Next he is probably slowing down getting ready to go into brumation --- here is a link on brumation please read it https://www.beardeddragon.org/articles/brumation/

The bulb is in the cover, and nothing else is blocking the UVB
