Update: he's still sleeping. I took him from his hide today to weight: 3 days and weight is still the same as before 350 gramms.

Ok so it is brumation everything else has been ruled out -- let him do his thing - just weigh him every 10 days or so to keep track of it - offer water see if hes thirsty-- do not let him brumate longer than 3 months ---
