Hello!

My 1 year old Randy had parasites month ago, latest vet visit showed that he's ok now and clean.
But he's not active, he likes to seat somewhere and just don't move.
He eats 3-4 big dubia roaches and greens, but usually he eats every second or even third day.

Enclosure:
90x45x45cm
75w basking lamp. 42C degrees in hot area
Uvb Arcadia 12%, 4 months old.
Cold area is 25C degrees.
You can find photo in attachment

What can be a reason of him being so passive?

One is it winter where you are now? Two the cold side of the tank should be 80's F during the daytime -- your temp is set up for a nite time temp-- please raise it to around 80ish F --- the cooler temp in the tank could be setting him up into a semi brumation type of behavior --- if its cold where you are that too is going to effect the appetite and they do slow down -- mine have been less eating and more sleeping -- less active as well -- you have good lighting so thats good -- that is extremely important --

1. Yes, it's winter and -5C and dark outside
2. 80F is 26.6C. Now I have 25-ish. Should I be worried about that anyway?

Thanks for your time!

Its up to you -- I would try and get it in the 80's you can use a regular household bulb like a 40 or 60 I would try 40 NO LED's you want the old style bulb it will give off heat and bring your ambient temp up try that --- it may or may not make a difference in his behavior but at least you can see if it does -- it sounds like the weather is causing the behavior --- you can also watch his weight w/him eating less and see if he loses some- get a kitchen food scale and weigh in grams --- hes probably fine its the weather causing the behavior - since you have ruled out the parasites you know its not that

Forgot to mention. He's 1 year old and 373gr. Doesn't look skinny at all. I'm going abroad until Saturday and won't be able to feed him these 2 days. But he didn't eat past 2 days as well and have no interest in greens and dubia roaches.
I guess it's not critical at all to leave him without food for this time. I bathed him yesterday to keep hydrated - poop btw looked great :)
So I really have no idea what's going with him? Is it winter?

He should be fine for a few days w/ out food -- just make sure when you get back nothing has changed w/ his behavior also w/ coloring -- things can change in a split second w/ these guys

I'm away for 24H now and still watching him on webcam : he didn't change his position from awake and felt asleep. No basking at all for entire day.
I'm really so concerned about that so I decided to revise my actions what I do to take care of him:

Every day a salad, not lettuce. Every week an apple OR pumpkin OR blueberries OR asparagus OR carrot OR bokchoy OR strawberry.
At my place we don't have alfalfa, turnips or even collard green at all...
Every day 3-4 dubia roaches supplemented with Ca or Ca D3 every second day. Sunday: multivitamins. All vitamins are zoomed.
Twice a week 10-15 min bath using 35-37C water. He always poop.
Dubia roaches: carrot and potato. I change food every 5-6 days.

I usually take to him once a day to sit on me and let him walk for a 20-30min around. Temperature in room is 23-25C.

Enclosure: closest area from him to 12%UVB is 10-15cm. Total height of enclosure is 45cm.

Vet helped me to treat him from parasites both types. He was in perfect condition for few weeks, but now he's again very passive. Don't want to walk and eat again.

Guys, I'm really asking for your advice what I'm doing wrong here possibly.

I'm going to take his poop again for analysis, maybe his blood and maybe scan him for anything else.
Meanwhile I'm going to buy new enclosure 60cm height to provide by-book distance 30cm from his basking spot to UVB. 90x45x60.
[UPD] he's 1yo, 373 gramms and doesn't lose weight at all with this condition at least for past few weaks

Your dragon sounds like hes trying to brumate --- let him do his thing --- you have great lighting and the UVB is
10-15cm this is in inches 4 - 9 there is no way that is correct for what I am getting - the UVB looks like its correctly placed -- your not doing anything wrong --- the 60cn is 24"inches so that would be a good height for the tank and UVB --- so your tank now is about 18 inches tall - does he basks and for how long? if that 4-9 I am getting is correct then the UVB would be too close -- and he would not be basking for very long -- please post measurements in inches for me

Basking area 8". Red color.
"Sleep area" 6". Yellow.
Flat chill area 7". Black color.
Entire height 18". White color.

Usually he basks for 2-3 hours per day in hot area.
UVB itself covers 2/3 of his tank.
I've attached photo

Thanks for that.
In addition, I orderer Repashy Veggie Burger as an additiob to greens I give to him, since there are not much suitable greens in my country.
And Repashy for dubia roaches to gutload them.
What also do you think about new enclosure? Should I increase height for him?
Thanks again for your time and attention to my problem, I love this guy very much and just scared I'm doing something wrong

get some dubia food and some dubia dew for hydration - dubias will eat what the dragon eats like squash strawberries carrots -- dragons need floor space not height the height is going to be good for your UVB --- actual height for correct basking is 12-15 inches that is why I was asking about that and how long he is sitting under it
can you get rocket or arugula where you are? http://www.beautifuldragons.com/Nutrition.html look on this website for other stuff ignore the kale its a good staple feeder

Arugula? I guess it's ruccola you're talking about? Sorry, I'm not native English speaker and all these plant names are really hard to translate :)
Kale is very popular here. Based on that I can feed him Arugula, Kale and green salad very often?

I redesigned his enclosure to provide more horizontal space and to follow UVB distance rule.
Will monitor him, definitely it will take some time to him to adapt

Ok watch his behavior but I am thinking still its the weather and him slowing down because of that -- if hes eating and pooping and basking and not losing weight your good - just let him be they all slow down in the winter time - the moving stuff around in his tank will not make him happy they dont like change

Yup, I know about changes, but I just realized thtlat previous enclosure set was not providiy any horizontal space to walk around and was TOO close to UVB. Instead of buying new height, I decreases max height of all stuff inside and gave him more space inside.
I've been contacting local vet and waiting for reply - maybe he will request additional analysis.
Meanwhile I'm monitoring weight and behavior.
Thanks!

Ok so decrease height what is it now? You dont want anything less than 18" -- 16" is too low especially for a T 5 UVB

Right now it's 10-12" inches from active basking spot to T5 12%. In cold corner is about 15-18" to give him a shadow.

12" is good ---- I think its the weather -- I dont think there is anything wrong w/ him ---- hes being a normal dragon -- DO NOT have the vet do any enemas!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Dealing w/ a dragon right now that the vet gave two enemas to and the dragon is probably not going to make it - we think the vet did some internal damage -- so NO enemas!!!!
