bearded dragon beard

Hi. This morning when I woke up I saw my bearded dragon with a very black beard for no reason. I gave him some spinach and carrot but he didn't try anything at all. Normally he is hungry in the morning and he eats quite a lot. I'm starting to get worried. Any help???????????

Could he have seen his reflection in his tank? He is shedding maybe it's making him cranky. Is he getting better?

yes he's getting better but its still a bit dark. thanks

Its a nice looking beard I must say. I am not sure if its a concern or not maybe @jarich can help?
