Bearded dragon acting strange

My new bd opens his mouth, puffs out his beard, and makes a strange vocalization when he saw my other bearded dragon. territorial?

Is it like a hiss? My new baby does that sometimes when I try to pick her up. She's showing me who she thinks is boss. Then she realizes who really is LOL!

That's were the stretching part comes into play .sometimes they puff there eyes up too that is the grossest thing ever haha
