Basking bulb broke before son left for school.

My son's basking bulb broke before school this morning. His spare bulb was only getting the cage to 80-85 degrees before he left.
1) The dragon should be fine at the lower heat for the day correct? We aren't able to get home until this afternoon.
2) Can he use a standard 75 or 90-watt flood light for a basking lamp?
His dragon is about 4 months old in a 20-gallon tank

The one day will be okay, and yes to the flood light, as long as the fixture is rated for it. Please consider getting a bigger tank soonish, though. :0)
