I once read they can have bok choy. I bought baby bok choy because it's the only thing at Kroger that looked good. And smelled good. I bought collards and they stunk bad. I'm not feeding her that and will be taking them back tomorrow.

She has started to become picky and not wanting her turnip greens. I can only think she's bored with turnip greens.
The turnip greens are ok and they don't smell bad. She's just 'tired' of the same old same old.

Is baby bok choy ok to serve?

Also, is baby endive safe still? I saw it, but uncertain because things changed and I lost the nutritional bible that I used to read all the time.

Thanks. She had a rough night last night. Her tail got stuck in her tank and then pooped in her sleep. I found this out when I went to check on her. I comforted her and told her she was ok.

Watch the tail for injury- any redness or different color is a red flag- you want to catch infection right away
