    Alright, checked the temp and humidity when I woke up. After the night without the night lamp on it was ~70 degrees and ~40 humidity. Down from ~100 degrees and up from ~18 humidity. Are these levels acceptable for overnight? After work, when I got home and checked again, it was 100 and 18 again.
