    40 gallon Breeder

A 40 gallon long would have much less floor space and more height, they're generally used for displaying fish My dragon is in an exoterra 36x18x12 (lengthxwidthxheight) enclosure and its a good size.. but ive heard mixed opinions so i would recommend one with at least 18 inches in height...

    interrupting brumation

    Need Advice

Awe shes so cute ! This forum is full of advice, one of the tips that i learned is that after the last feeding of the day - there should be at least 2/3 hours of the lights (heat lamp and "sun light" ) being on afterwards to aid in digestion

    DIY?

@BeardedHippy Hmm I didn't even think of using poly resin, definitely going to look into it now that you've gave me the idea.I know a lot of decorations for fish aquariums are made out of it. Which must mean its durable and reliable. Excavator clay is somewhat cheaper, and reusable from the...

    DIY?

Oh gosh @PatsyB, that what I was so worried about, him eating the leaves. I just posted a thread asking about that actually. I think Im going to test it out and monitor him very closely when the leaves are in there. Thank you so much for moving it too! And thank you to everyone who responded...

Forgot to also add that the main reason to post, is that I am fearful my dragon will try and eat the fake leaves. Has this posed an issue to anyone? According to the previous owner, Goon was eating veggies already so I don't want him to get mixed up

Okay so i've searched through this forum to its very depths and have noticed that many terrariums are mostly desert themed. Is this a preference or is this a priority? In anticipation for my beardie to come home, I have made many leafy elements to add to his enclosure. They will be located on...

    interrupting brumation

hey all, so two days ago I bought a dragon from someone needing to rehome urgently. The old owner informed me that he was brumating, possibly has been for 2 weeks. I drove out an hour and picked up the dragon. The guy had already put his belongings in a box to take and Goon was chillin on his...

    DIY?

Hello, I was wondering if anyone here has made there own decor. I went and bought fake plants today, and my idea was too put them in styrofoam and paint the foam with non toxic paint that is safe for reptiles. Then I realized that my beardie could tear up the foam and possibly eat it.. can't...
