I actually have an extra one I was going to use for my tortoise but I ended up moving him outdoors.. flat wrap around background if...
I have not seen these, I will def check it out... that is a great idea. And yes, he is naughty lil guy... he'll find a way to prop himself up and poop on it lol. Thank you :)
Yes, I have done that. Got new bowls too, switched locations.. taken bowls out when not feeding time - and he still poops in it - like he is saving it up to go lol.
Hi all!! So back to poop...
Beardie is now in his big boy enclosure... lots of space. I think lighting and settings are all good.. and he still poops on his food!!!
Any thoughts on how to get him not to?
Pic of new enclosure and that bowl you see - is the new toilet... or all over his...
Anyone else have a dog? He is obsessed with my dog, who is so scared of him. He chases him around the house, its so funny. Little buddies
he's on the look out for her ;)
I researched these for a long time and went with maximum reptile / custom reptile habitats - its awesome, will post pics when i'm done setting it up. They're amazing to deal with also - I got 2 enclosures (one for my russian tort also) that stack and hood to put lights in.. this is what I got -...
#EnclosureGoals!!! I think it looks amazing... I may use it as a template for my new enclosure :). How did you raise the right side like that? I'm going with tile, but I want one one area for digging.. that looks perfect
Thanks for responding :) I think the issue is for sure enclosure now that you pointed that out. He's about 4-5 months and in a smaller temporary enclosure while I had one built out... he's definitely outgrown it over the last couple weeks which is when the pooping in bowls actually started...
My beardie poops in his salad bowl or insect bowl every day... and only once they're freshly filled! i've tried switching them out, moving them around.. are beardie toilets a thing? lol
I have to take them out, clean add more food again... but food is getting wasteful at this point.
Anyone...
