I would find an exotic vet. Dio was like that around the same age. When he pooped it was massive. The vet gave us a solution that regulated him and he goes daily and has ever since.
Thank you I will do just that it just went to 50 last night. I bought a good dehumidifier, I rather not pay high vet bills and I definitely don't want him sick.
I live in the north east NH it's very hot and humid, so we are running our ACs. We have been finding Dios humidity in the morning is 80%
I just bought a dehumidifier in hopes this helps.
Is there any other way we can bring the humidity down? We also put two socks tied very tight with rice in...
I had the same issue with Dio the last 3 weeks but only before he pooped. I changed his diet up a bit and he is not doing it anymore. Might not be the same issue but thought I would throw it out there.
Our Dio has bulged his eyes a couple times during his head shedding. When I looked it up I read it was normal. I am reading now that it is not normal? He did not do this during his last shedd that I saw.
I used critical care when Dio did the same thing. I put a credit card in between his lips on the side of his mouth and he would start chewing on it. Thats how I got his food and medicine into him. He had two different types of parasites. I also have him in a 40 gal with two long uv lights and...
I unfortunately did not know any of this when I got my first bearded dragon. Please listen to what they are telling you. Our baby did not survive. By the time we knew what was going on he was to sick to save. It caused us a lot of heart ache. We did after a while get another one and he's doing...
Our bearded dragon did the same thing at 6 months. Finally took her to a vet exotic specialist
He had two different types of parasites. He went down to 25 grams. After medication he is now up to 60 grams. He's fat lol he's not nearly as big as yours. I hope everything works out.
