I've only been a beardie mom for a couple of months, but from everything I've read, my understanding is that the sticky part can be dangerous to the dragon with the lighting temperatures. Toxic fumes or something like that. Use non-stick vinyl.

I got a baby beardie for my birthday Tuesday :) Puff is maybe 2 months old (ish?), and I read that it's hard to tell genders this young, but I just snapped this pic of the underside and thought maybe someone with experience could tell?
