Nyx's main issue is she gets tired of the same type of food really fast. Now she is only wanting mealies which isn't making me very happy but at least she is eating again. She should want a change in about 2 weeks, I hoping a big shed will come soon for her too.
I'd start with 2 or 3 and see how well they digest, if things pass ok then increase by 2-3 more each day. For under a year I usually still let them eat all they want, unless they are really big pigs then I make them stop around 20 a day.
My mom has a trio of those orange uro, I kept the male for awhile and I called him Radish. Unfortunately hers are wildcaught and we never could get them tamed down enough to hold.
There is always a blue tongue skink. They need protein in their diet but most people feed boiled chicken or a very high quality cat food mixed in with the greens. They really have a more varied diet then any other reptile I've ever kept.
I don't think there is anything in Hummus that will kill him but he could get a tummy ache or a bad case of the runs from it. What a silly dragon but at least he has good taste, the garlic/pepper hummus is the best.
Yeah, I know she did. Se has just been such a little pain in the butt lol. The victory was short lived though, she wouldn't touch them today. Little does she know that the bugs will be cut off when she is older, one way or another she will have a healthy diet:)
