The tank looks great tiles are a great option. Another option is getting a roll of paper and cutting to size it is really easy to clean and cheep and look surprisingly nice. I wouldn’t use the reptile carpenter though.
To me she looks healthy if you are still worried you can make an appointment with a reptile vet.
Make sure that your beardy has a UVB light along with his heat lamp or that his heat lamp dose emit UVB. Good luck with everything.
Can you post a picture of her from a top angle of the entire length of her back and tail. A way to tell if a beardy has MBD is look at the spine and if their are kinks or some misshapen areas then it is likely and I would take her to a reptile vet for diagnosing
