If your dragon does have tail rot you can use the method i used.
Take a small container of water and add some povidone iodine and mix to the color of tea soak the infected part of 5 to 10 min, then dry the tail. After that you need to coat the infected tail with triple antibiotic ointment and leave on till next treatment. Continue this till the tail is same color of dragon may take up to a month. This worked very well for me but it took a month. P.S you have to use POVIDONE iodine or it will not work.
