Worried about possible Yellow fungus spread

My friend got a new bearded dragon so I went over her house to see it and I immediately noticed open wounds and a large circle of white discoloration and a very different texture. My first thought was fungus.

When I got home I washed my hands and changed my clothes but then I handled my own bearded dragon, and I'm so worried. was my hand washing enough to not transfer it? I'm so worried that I may have just made her susceptible to that. What is the best way to prevent her from catching it from contact with me, who had contact with a lizard with fungus?

You have washed it should be fine -- she needs to post here so we can look at it or get it into a reptile vet
www.arav.org to find a reptile vet type in a bigger cities zip code if you are in a small town - if it is indeed yf she needs to get treatment asap it will kill the dragon and it spreads fast
