Bearded Dragon Egg

I got two beardies from a friend who couldn't keep them anymore, at the time she thought they were both males, come to find out I have a male and female.
The female (Who I called Rango, I guess I'll need to find a more feminine name
) is in a 30 gal. tank. Way too small, I'm currently looking for a new tank for her.
The male, Gonzo, is in a 55 gal.
Now, he's around 18 inches, I don't know either of their exact ages.
The female is around 16 inches give or take.
Side by side they look pretty close to the same length, but she's much smaller in actual size.
I was wondering if maybe her tank could be the reason she's not growing?
As for her lighting and heat, I have a 150w ZooMed basking light and a ReptiSun 5.0 26w UVB light for her (not the coiled bulb)
I let them soak every other day, and mist them everyday.
For their diet I give them as many dusted crickets as they can eat within 15 minutes once or twice a day, as well as collard greens, watercress, mango or papaya, and butternut or acorn squash. They eat very well.
I've had her for three months exactly, and right now she's actually going through her first shed since I've gotten her.
Is she at a normal size, or is something stunting her growth?
Any and all advice is much appreciated! I'll try to upload a photo of both of them so you can see the size difference.
