I've done a lot of research since rescuing Jörmungandr. Today and last night we tried basil/bok choy/bell pepper. His stool had undigested meal worms from last night in it though.

Wondering what all of you feed your bearded dragons?
It seems like there are almost too many sites to read, I would love some insight from actual beardie parents!

how old is your little guy? that makes a big difference. Little ones (less than 6 months) typically eat tons of crickets. you can offer greens, but they may or may not eat. As they get bigger - i believe i "heard" someone say 15 inches nose to tail - they can eat super worms. small ones are ok for younger beardies. and small roaches. try beautifuldragons.org for good veggie references. not too much bok choy. mine will eat dandelion greens, cress, mustard greens, arugula. fruit as a treat only - not daily - strawberries, raspberries, apple. sometimes carrot, squash (cooked) cucumber. do you have a photo you can share? what's his / her name?

I feed my Izzy mainly dubia roaches, then some superworms, the occasional butterworms and wax worms. I fed crickets in the beginning but found out that Dubia's are way more nutritious and 1 roach = 5 crickets. Not to mention with how many she eats I decided to raise roaches.. I used to raise crickets (4 years) they are a pain.. Roaches don't smell, don't make noise, don't jump, don't fly and don't bite like crickets will.
She is now eating salads just not a bunch yet as she's only around 9 months or so. I give a variety each week: mustard greens, collard greens, kale, bell peppers, cuc, yams, squash, apples, pear...I mix it up each week I go off of several approved food lists to go off of.

We think he's about 2.5 years, it's been such a journey!

ours gets a stable of dubai roaches, pheonix worms (haven't fed her a cricket since the 1st week we had her) and veggies (she seems to like collard greens, mustard, little bit of kale), she gets other veggies and fruits as well as worms as weekly treats.

Meal worms have a lot of shell. My preferred staple is dubias. Tons of actual "meat" for the small amount of shell. I recommend discountdubias.com. Way cheaper than local pet stores.
