From what I can see Flame is a hypo, his color is light enough I'd call him citrus, and I can see the stripes look like they continue on down the tail, so he's a color stripe.
I would call call him a hypo, citrus, color stripe
On a side note his head looks more female, are you sure he IS a he
I'll add a picture of how to sex using a flashlight so you can check if you aren't certain. Be careful not to burn him with the flashlight though, they can get really hot.
