What is this coming out of his nose?

Hi, I've had my beardie since Christmas. He just shed his tail and now has white arms and legs, and his back looks like it's starting to turn as well. I noticed this coming out if both nostrils this afternoon, looks like a string with a blob on the end. The left side is gone now, right is still there. Is it shed?

Looks like a string of shed --- DO NOT PICK at it -- he will get it out on his own -- poor little dude is shedding-- you can mist him in the tank take a soft baby toothbrush and gently brush him to get some of the loose stuff off
