I'm new here and my dragon Randy is 4mo is living with me for 2 weeks. He's only adapting to new home and a feeling himself a bit scared from time to time, but appetite and behavior are good. So from that his digesting works very well :) After that I use a napkin to take a out a poop and to wipe a place where it was a bit. But enclosure doesn't look clean after 2 weeks. I prefer not to worry beardy with taking out all the stuff to outside, but I guess I have to dothat at least once a month.
What do you prefer to clean - which luquids/mixes/commercial products? How often should it be?
Thank you all!

For a baby you need to keep it squeaky clean, as he gets older you can get a little lazy with cleaning but for a baby you dont want Any poop left in there, he might eat it, i use bleach with windex, i wash all of the bleach off after so theres no bleachy smell

I remove all poops right after I see them inside - no problems should be here. I was asking more about how to keep an enclosure clean, like "Should I clean tiles every week?". Sorry for maybe wrong phrasing of my question.
I'll take a look at a mix of bleach and windex, thanks!

I use my vaccuum hose and sweep all the salad crumbs out and all that. After, I just use vinegar and water to clean the glass. It's all safe.

I remove the poop as soon as I see it, my bearded dragon usually runs around his cage glass surfing like a mad man to let me know he pooped in his house and he needs it outta there!

Are you sure the bleach is a safe option? That sounds sketchy tbf.

Vinegar and water: How much vinegar to water? And how strong vinegar is?
Do you vent an enclosure after?

You can use vinegar/ water 50/50 solution-- what are you using for a substrate should asked? NO loose substrate as it harbors bacteria and can cause impaction - some textured NON adhesive shelf liner cut to the size of the tank works good --- carpet gets expensive to constantly wash and replace --

I have ceramic tiles and napkins underneath. I have apple vinegar at my place with 5% acid, not so strong as others.

Ok so I basically have the same set up - I use tiles and use a thick shop paper towel underneath to catch the watery urate and clean w/ vinegar/ water solution and when I do the deep clean and take the tank a part I use the F 10 disinfectant -- spraying all the decor down as well - I use resin decor pieces that are washable -- I do that about once a month or so -- I did haft to do it a lot when Blaze had coccidia -- that was a pain in the neck -- the whole time he was on the meds for that I had to take the decor he was using and clean plus the tiles - I ended up pulling some of the decor pieces out till he was over the medication / cleaning routine

If it was any kind of other lizard id say yes dont use it, (like my tokay gecko i dont use bleach) but for any agamid type lizard with scales its okay, i dont use a ton of bleach either bout half a cup for the 40 gal,
