what are the best worms for a 3 month old beardie to eat?

So i bought Falkor at petsmart about 6 weeks ago, at that time they said he was approx 8-10 weeks old but was only around 6.25 inches long. He is now 7 inches and eats some crickets, but his favorite are the small meal worms which i was told aren't good for him. So i only give him 2-3 a day. I ordered Pheonix worms online but he ate 2 and hasn't been interested since. What other worms are okay for him to eat at this size?

You could try small super worms or wax worms as a treat.
