What am I finding in my cricket pen?

Hi everyone. I was just wondering if anyone could tell me what I keep finding in my cricket pen. I only buy tubs of small hoppers to keep in there for feeding my dragon and before they reach adult size I feed them to him, but I am finding things crawling around in the sawdust. To the untrained eye they would look like furry little slaters (and one tiny black beetle). They scoot around for a while and I find the empty shells a week or two later but they never come of anything and I've tried google and can't find them anywhere on the grasshopper or locust life cycle stages. Does anyone know what they are? P.S. I can't get a picture they are too fast and I don't want to touch them. I barely tolerate picking up the hoppers without freaking out xx

I dont know what they are but crickets are nasty stinky and dont last long --- I recommend you switch over to dubia roaches - they are easier to keep they dont chirp and they dont stink like crickets -- you can keep them in a 10 gallon aquarium or plastic tote - feed them dubia food along w/ carrots or squash for hydration-- and they last a long time and dont die off like crickets do -- in the long run its cheaper to keep them -- you can order them online - the best place I have found for them is www.dubiaroaches.com -- you can look for other places to order - also silk worms are another good staple feeder as well - are you feeding salads for your dragon?
