Do I need to keep a water dish in my year old bearded tank?

Some say you don't as they get most if not all their water from the food they eat. I believe some do drink from a bowl, although I've never seen mine do so. However, just because I've not seen it doesn't mean he doesn't, so I have a small bowl of water in his viv and change it daily. It's the up to him whether he uses it or not.
Expect some will say having a bowl of water in the viv will raise the humidity, but so far I've not had any problems! (Hope I'm not tempting fate saying that!)

If your viv is large enough and has good ventilation, why not? I have a water dish in mine and i do occasionally use it. Not all the time. I have actually seen my beardie drink from it, btw. He'd walk up to it, put his nose in there and drink like a horse.

what's your ambient humidity? I live in southern Arizona. we don't have humidity. well - for most of the year. my gecko absolutely drinks from her water dish. I haven't seen either of my beardies drink from theirs. my boy runs through it. my girl had her tail in it when I got home last night. I dunno
