Vitamins and Calcium Dusting

Hello. I have a 10 week old dragon. We are feeding Dubias and BSFL. I have both Vitamins for dusting, as well as calcium. We have been dusting the Dubias, but not the BSFL. My questions are:
- should I alternate dusting with Vitamins and Calcium, or can I dust both products on the Dubias at the same time?
- is 4-5 days a good number of days to be dusting with Vitamins and Calcium?

5 x per week w/ the calcium D3 and 2 x per week w/ vitamins w/ beta carotene
Only dust the roaches ---
