So, I saw a ton of people are having trouble getting their dragons to dig in to their veggies. I too am in this category....Odin is always giving me grief with a bowl of dried out veggies to replace when I get home from work....

So I took the advice of throwing the veggies into his roach bowl; and then throwing the roaches in; they are tiny enough to get under the veggies quick; and since hes a roach hound; he goes straight at them....and gets a mouth full of veggies.

Now I may have gotten lucky today; but he ate his veggies and bugs so.....

Ill mark a win for today.....

Apologies for some of the blurry ones; I had to act quick because he would start acting up when he sees the camera (As you can see in the last one; they were taken in succession)....He's a Ham

I tried giving mine some greens yesterday using my long feeding tweezers (he ignores it in the bowl) and he quickly back-hand swatted it away as if to say "get that outta my face!" lol

They can be peculiar about veggies; try hand feeding. I've gotten chomped once; it's really not bad at all.......although he is not full grown yet. No need to worry though;

No worries...lol. Avid fisherman so no stranger to putting my fingers/hand in much larger, snappier mouths. I feed him with my fingers from time to time though the forceps do make quick work of feeding small items like black fly larvae or small pellets, etc..and i can wiggle greens with it to try to get his interest.

I tare kale into pieces smaller than his head. I put them in the tank in the morning. Sometimes he eats them sometimes he doesn't. Try smaller pieces with your roach trick. Might get more in his belly.

Sent using dyslexic fat finger mobile.

I really don't have any trouble getting mine to eat his veggies. I cut mine into much smaller pieces also. And just recently started chopping them in a small blender, I use mustard greens, green bell peppers and strawberries, that way I can store in ziplock bag for longer and saves a lot of time. It also keeps the veggies pretty wet and if I have trouble getting him to drink, I'll spray it with water to make sure he's getting hydrated while eating.
