UVB lighting

Hi, I bought a cave/perch for my beardie. Ever since she’s been basking on it under the uvb. Where she used to spend her days on a hammock under the basking bulb. Is it normal for her to seek out uvb rays over the basking?thanks

They will go to the light they need- she should bounce back and forth- watch her behavior - she knows what she needs

That’s what I was guessing.She spent three days under the uvb and switched to a few hours under basking and a few hours under the uvb. thanks
