UVB lighting

Now i know a lot of people been posting questions about this topic but what i would like to know if anyone has used the Exo terra Solar glow lighting. I was reading and found that it has both heat and UVB. Now what i would like to know is will my BD get the proper UVB using this compared to the Reptisun T5 10.0 UVB. Now im sure it would be AS good but will it be OK until i come up with the proper cash to get the reptisun lighting setup.

I know that people use mercury vapor bulbs and like them. I think dragons do better with a wider area of UVB coverage. That's why I prefer a tube style bulb.
