UVB bulbs T8 or T5?

This is what I picked out. Any suggestions? I also was wondering if there is a significant differences between the T5 and the T8? Thanks

The fixture is fine but if your tank is bigger than a 40 gallon you want a T 5- your dragon needs more exposure and distance and placement is crucial between the two bulbs- T 5 last a year T 8 need to be replaced in 6 months-

T5s are stronger, I would advise against that fixture, it doesn’t have a reflective surface inside the bulb housing (i have that same fixture)
