Very sorry for your loss. Can u give us a few details on the enclosure used to house your dragon? Size, lighting, temps & diet as well. If there was a problem with the setup or diet, hopefully we can get it figured out for you.
Im sorry for your loss( Did you use sand or carpet as his bedding? How big was his food? A lot can be taken into consideration. it's heartbreaking; I lost my first 2 within a month because I couldn't feed them properly or heat them properly. 3rd time, I got it right. It's a learning experience, and sometimes it takes a couple tries, like most challenges in life.
I hate to hear I'm sorry :/ but yea if you could us the details on everything for you bearded dragon enclosure heat/lighting and diet and so forth we can straighten things around for you.
Sorry for your loss. Impaction is brutal, my Dillinger got impacted once, taught me right quick how to manage his diet, temps and what not. My question is what kind of flooring/substrate did you use? As far as diet, were you feeding greens along with crix? My problem was too many crickets, not enough greens. Owning a Beardie is a lifelong learning experience. I'm still learning how to balance his diet. What I can suggest is a mourning period, collect your thoughts on what did I do wrong? What can I do to fix it, and if you see yourself capable of raising another, go for it. We're all here to help you every step if the way. Should have seen me on here when I got my first baby, I was posting for problems I didn't even have so worried I was doing everything wrong. This forum is a very very valuable tool for raising a little one. Once again, so sorry for you losing a little one.
