Not a bearded dragon, but a sailfin. Both Agamids, and the tail treatment is the same.
(I am aware if the damage on the snout, that’s why she was brought in before. It’s healing well, and she has been moved away from the problem)

Hello, I am sorry I do not know anything about this type of lizard and I highly doubt anyone here has much experience with them. So if you are concerned and think that there might be a problem then I would suggest taking her to the vet.

I know. I was more looking for input on just the tail, as treatment and diagnosis is mostly the same for this type of issue even though husbandry is different.

It looks like it is old damage that has at least somewhat healed over, but has left a kink and the end jagged. Is this a major issue? Can it become septic? Is it just suck shed?

Well if treatment is the same then @averyhanna_ can help with that, but I would have to disagree on diagnosing being the same as sailfin tails are a lot darker in color.
