Thinking of getting Rankin's Dragon

I believe their care is exactly the same as a bearded dragon, they just don't grow as big.
I like the ReptiSun 10.0HO T5 bulbs along with a basking heat bulb of some sort. I switch between ZooMed basking bulbs and normal Par38 halogen flood lamps.
