I don't know how many of you are familiar with one of the forum's members named "specialneedsbaby". For those that didn't watch the video attached to the "RIP Minx" post here is a summary. We will abbreviate call "specialneedsbaby" by the name used on youtube, Shey. Shey initially came here to our forum stating the reason for leaving beardeddragon.org was "drama" with the members. Turns out the drama was people having adverse reactions to Shey's bad husbandry. Well, Shey went to a pet store and saw a beardie that was missing some feet and part of it's tail. Shey decided to take this special needs baby despite the fact Shey did not have proper viv setup. Shey had 4 total dragons and both pairs were housed in the same viv. Both pairs had issues being housed with each other as most beardies do. The adult male and female were housed together and the male was overly aggressive to the female. Minx(special needs) was housed with Sphinx, an older larger dragon. Well Shey got several remarks saying both sets needed to be seperated but ignored the advise and kept them together(offered an exscuse of no money for new lights). Well Sphinx eventually half devoured minx and minx died as a result. Poor little minxy never would eat from the stress of living with Sphinx. Then Shey comes posting on our farewell forum hoping for pity and gets the rightful rebuke that Shey deserves. Surprise Shey doesn't post again. Meet resistance and run away seems to be a them here. Anyway for the current update. Upon being criticized by Eagles on youtube Shey announced that the adult dragons will be getting rehomed! Yay I'm glad they are going to get a second chance at a better life. And to think Shey was trying to be a breeder with the adults, what a laugh.

Although, we do not support housing multiple bearded dragons together. We also do not condone posts of this nature. It is understood the feelings behind this post. But we at mybeardie.com do not support posts bashing other members under any circumstances. We are working hard to omit a mob mentality. It is fine to disagree with another member, but please do so in a professional manner.

We have created an open minded forum and wish to keep the professionalism in tact.
