The color Green.

Has anyone ever had a problem with Beardie's being drawn to the color green.

I was just drying my hands with a green colored towel, she ran at me, jumped on my leg, climbed up me and try to get it! I tested the theory with a green plastic container and put it on the floor, she kept biting it and licking it like crazy!

Some beardies are drawn to specific colors. When Dexter used to eat her veggies she would go through color phases. One week she liked anything green and I would buy green stuff then she wouldn't want green she'd want red, then she'd want yellow etc. I always tell the story, she loved dandelion greens and I went to buy them but they only had leaves with red veins. I brought them home and she refused to eat them, the next day I found the all green ones and she chomped them down! It was the SAME veggie but because it had a color mixed in she didn't want it!

Bubble and squeak went through the colour white if calcium dropped off the life food in the tank they would lick the floor until it was all gone but they have stopped it know
