Taming trouble

Hi everyone,
So I have had a pretty flawless plan with taming Sakari my bearded dragon. But he started running away from me and is hard to catch. I feel like now I have traumatized him.... he keeps biting me, 3 times now once I think it was because I had a worm and he tried to eat my finger too. But he isnt hurting me he is just biting and shaking his head. I don't want him to be this way forever because one day he will make me bleed and my grandma is getting annoyed about him biting me and said the last time that if he keeps biting me she was going to make me re-home him... :(
I just don't know what to do about him I don't want to give up on him and just let him run amok and never touch him... every beardie I have ever had has been aggressive except for little Virgil. I just don't know what to do. I took the out last night when they were asleep and held them Virgil went right back to sleep but Sakari would fight the urge he would close his eyes and then open them then close and so on then I put in used tank top that i slept with and put it in their cage I put them both on them and they slept on it. So i dont know whats going on and once i get him out of the cage he seems pretty chill he still runs a bit but I dont take them out and let them run very often normally I take them out to feed and hold them for a few minutes, I just started feeding them on my bed so they dont have to go into the feeding tank.... Any suggestions?

Also if you have seen my other post Sakari and Virgil share the same cage but I have a whole set up for I think Virgil but I need to wait for the UVB light getting here tomorrow or the next day.
