Tail rot?

My bearded dragon has a hard, rigid kink in his tail and as shown in the picture it is darker towards the end. Should i be worried? He also has a lump on the underside of his tail and i can’t tell whether it’s sand that’s just got stuck on him or something to worry about.

Is the end where the kink is towards the end of tail dry and brittle? If hes on sand I would get rid of it and get some textured NON adhesive shelf liner --- sand harbors bacteria and can cause impaction please post a pic of the lump

it’s more just hard but the tail all still moves fine apart from that tiny little bit and he doesn’t react badly if i touch it. no matter where on his tail i squeeze lightly he doesn’t really care. i have a feeling it’s from not shedding cause he seems to have trouble shedding the skin at the tip of his tail but i’m not quite sure how long it’s been like that. and re the lump, it was as i suspected(seemed to be sand that just got stuck on him) and came off easily when i gave him a bath just now. i have included some photos where you can see his whole body just in case it helps.

i also wanted to ask are the femoral pores meant to look like this? i’m assuming they’re clogged but they aren’t bothering him.

Watch the tail if the black starts to creep up it's infected - post back here if it starts to do that---- the femeral pores are plugged- soak in a weak betadine solution make it look like a weak tea 15 minutes several times a week till the are softened up when they are soft gently squeeze them they will come right out if they are soft- he needs a piece of decor he can rub against to keep the open a rock type- and please get rid of the loose substrate-
