Swollen toe

I really hope someone out there can help me. I’ve had my beardie to the vet 3x and she’s just getting worse. She’s had a swollen toe for months and it seems like it’s starting to travel towards the main part of her hand. She’s been on antibiotics and anti inflammatory and nothing seems to help. In the last week she has developed rapid weight loss and is very very lethargic. But what is so strange about that is she is eating like crazy!! Eating everything you could think of. Her salads, crickets, worms, in large amounts!! I’m also concerned because I feel she’s very dehydrated. She’s getting 2 soaks a day. I just had her to the vet 2 days ago. Weight loss is confirmed. Blood work and radiographs were done. Nothing remarkable on the rads but I’m still waiting on blood work. I can’t help but think it has something to do with her toe. The vet said he feels it’s just soft tissue swelling. He has stuck with that since the beginning. My gut keeps leaning towards abscess but I’m not sure what that would look like. I just know after her baths when I look at her toe it literally looks like I could pop it. He says to leave it alone which I have but the toe looks awful. I will post a few pics. Please if anyone has suggestions lmk. I am also considering getting a second opinion.

This vet is it a reptile vet? Please go here use this website to find one in your area you may need to go to a bigger city so type a zip code from that city-- www.arav.org
Have you been putting raw unpasteurized honey on it? Please get the blood work from the last vet post it here and I am going to try and get some help from a vet tech- also any other things they did - x rays antibiotics etc

Well this vet came highly recommended by a lot of people in my area (I’m new here and asked around). They said he works very well with them but I’m beginning to think I need someone else. I will pull the rads and when I get blood work I will post. All I know at the moment is that her RBC was very low (anemic) and her WBC was elevated. Because of that they gave me injections of Fortaz to be given every 48hrs she’s due today for one. She was on baytril and a calcium supplement previously.

Ok I have forwarded your post to the vet tech shes very good reading x rays and blood work - I sent the website to see if you can find another vet -- the elevated RBC tells me there is an infection going on -- I have heard of Fortaz and it has been used on other dragons- has she had any of the Fortaz yet? I would recommend finding a reptile vet if this other vet is not one --
