Swollen Toe Question

So Kratos has had an injured toe for about a month and a half now. Originally there was some pink and pain when touching the area. I took him to the vet and they gave some pain medication and said to monitor it over the next few weeks. The redness has subsided however the swelling is still there and the toe is hard and can’t be bent down. He keeps it raised up above the other toes. The 1 and 2 image with redness is when it first was noticed. 2nd and 3rd images are from today.

Are you using a green mesh hammock in the tank and carpet? At first I thought it might be stuck shed but I am thinking he might of got it caught on a hammock or carpet causing injury this is very common -- its going to haft to heal on its own but if your using any of the above please replace the hammock w/ a cloth or fleece one www.pamperedbeardies.com --- substrate some textured NON adhesive shelf liner you can get it from Walmart or your local home improvement store --- what kind of UVB are you using ? NO coils please

I originally had this hammock and the vet told me that might’ve been the cause as well so I took it out. I’m just concerned that the toe is still so swollen after almost 2 months. I am using a T5 H0. I included a updated tank picture.

Ok great uvb bad location -+ please get it out from back wall directly over a piece of basking decor approx 12-15 inches- if you use the middle bars on the screen they work great--

Was there a piece of stuck shed that was cutting off circulation or possibly a burn of some sort?

Also if it was the hammock doing the damage, this is why I put a t-shirt over their hammocks to cover the fleece / rope material. My dragons find it a lot more comfortable.
