Hello everyone, since August, my bearded dragon has had very swollen legs. I have gone to the vet multiple times, changed her UVB lamp, did a vitamin treatment, metacalm treatment, and calcium daily (as well as liquid calcium now), she has had a few calcium shots, and we take bath time very seriously. She was recently gravid and managed to lay 20 eggs about 3/4 days ago! But I am a little concerned as she has stopped walking much now, even though she has always been VERY active. The vet and I are unsure of what is going on and how to help, so this is my last resort. I will attach her latest X-ray and some photos of her.
The past week, she has also started drinking a lot of water, she eats but not so much, and she poos quite often.
Thank you all for your help!

Did your vet do a uric acid level (bloodwork) to rule out gout?
By looking at the X-ray, she said that there is not enough calcification in the limbs for it to be gout. She also said that she doesn't show any signs of pain, and I do a treatment for gout (hydration and diet), and it doesn't seem to make any difference. The time we wanted to test for gout was also the day we found out she was gravid so we decided to give her some time before stressing her. Do you think it's necessary?

Blood work needs to be tested for gout- high levels of uric acid will tell you if its gout not calcium- I will have Tracie look at the X ray

Thank you for reaching out, Sadie, and offering to have Tracie look at the X-ray. I will make sure to make a vet appointment next week when she is more recovered from laying her eggs. Where I live there is only 1 exotic vet so it is hard to find any information or a second opinion.
